摘  要:提出一种基于加速传感器的制动器失效预警方法。初始化加速度传感器作业参数,分析传感器检测工作流程和数据采集流程,零点校准加速传感器,根据弹性力学的轴对称理论,明确横向载荷边界约束,建立制动器作业弹性曲面微分方程,计算制动器控制内力分量和绕度斜率,对制动器内外环境的制动边界条件实施深度积分,得出制动器弯矩和径向应变,完成制动采样数据模拟转换,综合得出制动距离参数与温度传感器测量结果,设定阈值完成制动失效预警。经实验验证,所提方法能在起重机械的制动距离超出范围时发出预警信号,有效提高工程机械操作安全性。A brake failure early warning method based on acceleration sensor is studied.Initialize the operation parameters of the acceleration sensor is initialized,analyze the sensor detection workflow and data acquisition process is analyzed,the acceleration sensor is calibrated with zero point,the lateral load boundary constraint is defined according to the axisymmetric theory of elasticity,the differential equation of the brake operation elastic surface is established,the brake control internal force component and the slope of the degree of rotation,and implement depth integration for the brake boundary conditions of the internal and external environments of the brake are calculated.The brake bending moment and radial strain are obtained,the brake sampling data simulation conversion is completed,the brake distance parameters and temperature sensor measurement results are synthesized,and the threshold to complete brake failure warning is set.The experimental results show that the proposed method can send out warning signals when the braking distance of the hoisting machinery exceeds the range,and effectively improve the operation safety of construction machinery.
