摘 要:为提升轨道车辆牵引传动系统的动态服役性能,针对跨座式单轨牵引齿轮单元传动过程展开动力学分析。利用集中参数理论获取跨座式单轨牵引齿轮传动系统的啮合原理和特点,通过分析各种非线性因素,组建传动系统非线性动力学方程,并对其无量纲化处理。在此基础上,组建多轴耦合传递矩阵,研究齿轮系统的振动响应,再采用Riccati传递矩阵方法研究振动特点,获取不同参数变化对系统振动产生的影响。计算结果表明,该方法可以有效降低分析结果的相对误差,获取更加准确的动力学分析结果。In order to improve the dynamic service performance of rail vehicle traction drive system,dynamics analysis of straddle monorail traction gear unit transmission process is carried out.The meshing principle and characteristics of the straddle monorail traction gear transmission system are obtained by means of the theory of lumped parameters,and the nonlinear dynamics equation of the transmission system is established by analyzing various nonlinear factors,and its dimensionless processing is carried out.On this basis,the multi-axis coupling transfer matrix is constructed to study the vibration response of the gear system,and the Riccati transfer matrix method is used to study the vibration characteristics and obtain the influence of different parameters on the vibration of the system.The calculation results show that this method can effectively reduce the relative error of the analysis results and obtain more accurate dynamic analysis results.
