摘 要:目的 了解某汽车制造企业职工的职业紧张状况并探讨其影响因素。方法 采用工作内容量表(JCQ)对上海市青浦区某中型企业职工的职业紧张状况进行调查。结果 在调查的416名职工中,有69.0%存在职业紧张。其中,工作要求维度得分为(15.01±1.68),工作自主维度得分为(25.32±3.46),社会支持维度得分为(25.12±3.53)。不同年龄、婚姻状况、收入职工的自主程度维度得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);学历越高,社会支持得分越高(P<0.05);轮班工作情况不同,自主程度和社会支持得分均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。二分类logistic回归分析结果显示,学历、婚姻状况、轮班制工作是该企业职工产生职业紧张感的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 该汽车制造企业的大部分职工存在职业紧张感。企业管理者应结合职业紧张的影响因素,开展有针对性的干预工作。Objective To understand the occupational stress of workers in an automobile manufacturing enterprise and explore its influencing factors.Methods The job content scale(JCQ)was used to investigate the occupational stress of workers in a medium-sized enterprise in Qingpu District of Shanghai.Results A total of 416 workers were surveyed,of which 69.0%(287 people)had occupational stress.The average score of job requirement dimension was 15.01±1.68;the average score of job autonomy dimension was 25.32±3.46;the average score of social support dimension was 25.12±3.53.There were statistically significant differences in the scores of autonomy dimensions among works of different ages,marital status,and income(P<0.05);the higher the education level,the higher the social support score(P<0.05);there were significant differences in autonomy and social support scores among different shift work situations(P<0.05).The results of binary logistic regression analysis showed that education,marital status,and shift work were the influencing factors for occupational stress among works in the enterprise(P<0.05).Conclusion Most of the workers in this automobile manufacturing enterprise have a sense of occupational stress.Business managers should combine the influencing factors of occupational stress and carry out targeted intervention work.
