健康教育对支气管哮喘治疗效果的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析对支气管哮喘患者予以孟鲁司特钠结合健康教育的效果。方法 抽取某医院70例支气管哮喘患者作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组35例。对照组施行常规治疗,实验组给予孟鲁司特钠结合健康教育,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 实验组的治疗有效率(91.43%)高于对照组(71.43%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.628,P<0.05)。采用倍差法检验显示,实验组患者的免疫指标和肺功能指标的改善情况均优于对照组。实验组患者的病情复发次数(1.24±0.32)明显低于对照组(5.43±1.32),差异有统计学意义(t=6.763,P<0.01)。结论 支气管哮喘行孟鲁司特钠结合健康教育的效果确切,可提升患者的治疗效果、提高其免疫指标、改善其症状及肺功能,同时可减少疾病复发,值得推广应用。Objective To examine the self-rated health(SRH)level and influencing factors of peoplegroups of patients were compared.Results The treatment effectiveness rate of the experimental group(91.43%)was higher than during the COVID-19 epidemic.Methods An online survey was conducted to investigate the demographicthat of the control group(71.43%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.628,P<0.05)。The difference in difference test showed that the improvement of immune indicators and lung function indicators in the experimental group was better than those characteristics,epidemic-related characteristics,and SRH scores of 479 subjects.Results The SRH scoresin the control group.The number of relapses in the experimental group(1.24±0.32)was significantly lower than that in the control of the research subjects and the subscores of physical,psychological and social health were(44.86±5.54)group(5.43±1.32),with a statistically significant difference(t=6.763,P<0.01).Conclusion The combination of montelukast and(14.10±1.38),(19.90±3.77),and(10.86±2.26)respectively.Those under 45 years old,suffering from chronichealth education has a definite effect on bronchial asthma,which can enhance the treatment effect of patients,improve their immune indicators,improve their symptoms and lung function,and reduce disease recurrence.It is worth promoting and applying.
