摘 要:采用2个抗黄瓜花叶病毒显著不同的辣椒品系,通过P1、P2、F1、F2、B1和B26世代联合分析法,分析研究辣椒抗黄瓜花叶病毒的遗传规律。结果表明:辣椒抗黄瓜花叶病毒的遗传由1对加性基因+加性-显性多基因模型构成,主基因遗传率在B1、B2和F2代分别为46.08%、30.59%和61.65%,多基因遗传率在B1、B2和F2代分别为0、0.66%和17.82%,同时环境因素对辣椒抗CMV的遗传也有很大影响。Two pepper lines with significantly different resistance to CMV were used to study the heredity of resistance to CMV in pepper by means of combined analysis of six generations P 1,P 2,F 1,F 2,B 1 and B 2.The results showed that the heredity of pepper resistance to CMV was a polygene model of additive gene and additive dominant gene.The heritability of main gene was 46.08%,30.59%and 61.65%in B 1,B 2 and F 2 generations,and the heritability of polygene was 0,0.66%and 17.82%in B 1,B 2 and F 2 generations,respectively.At the same time,the environment had a great influence on the inheritance of CMV resistance in pepper.
