军配盲蝽的分子鉴定及其生物学特性

摘  要:扩增了军配盲蝽的线粒体DNA细胞色素C氧化酶(cytochrome oxidase c subunit I,COI)基因片段并测序,将测序结果与GenBank中的序列进行比对,与数据库中的军配盲蝽Stethoconus japonicus的COI(KY367030.1,KY367031.1)序列的相似性达100%,进一步复核该天敌的传统形态鉴定结果。用MEGA-X软件以邻接法构建系统进化树,明确了军配盲蝽的分类地位。此外,观察了军配盲蝽的捕食行为等生物学特性。In this paper,the mitochondrial DNA Cytochrome oxidase C subunit I(COI)gene fragment of Stethoconus japonicus was amplified and sequenced.The sequencing results were compared with the sequences in GenBank.The sequence similarity with COI(KY367030.1,KY367031.1)of Stethoconus japonicus in the database was 100%.The traditional morphological identification results of this natural enemy were further reviewed.The phylogenetic tree was constructed by adjacency method using MEGA-X software,and the taxonomic status of Stethoconus japonicus was clarified.In addition,the predation behavior and other biological characteristics of Stethoconus japonicus were observed.
