摘  要:[目的]了解幼龄林胡杨在不同灌水量下的光合日变化特性以及幼龄林在T3[38 kg/(株·次)]处理下,净光合速率(Pn)与环境因子光合有效辐射(PAR)、胞间CO_(2)浓度(Ci)、大气温度(Ta)、空气湿度(RH)的关系。[方法]以3、5、7年生胡杨为研究对象,研究3、5、7年生胡杨不同灌水量下的Pn、气孔导度(Gs)、Ci、蒸腾速率(Tr)、水分利用效率(WUE)的日变化有变化。应用相关性分析、逐步回归分析、通径分析研究幼龄林Pn和环境因子之间的差异。[结果]不同水分条件下胡杨幼苗的Pn、Tr日变化曲线呈单峰型,Ci呈“凹单峰”型。3、5、7年生胡杨的Pn日均值在T3处理[29 kg/(株·次)]下达到最大值;在T2、T3处理下3种龄林WUE、Gs波动较大;Tr随着PAR和Ta的升高呈上升趋势,峰值出现的时间因灌水量的影响而不一致。通径分析显示,在T3处理下,各环境因子对Pn都具有显著的影响,其决策系数表现为PAR>RH>Ta>Ci。3年生胡杨PAR为决策变量,RH、Ta为限制变量,5、7年生胡杨PAR为决策变量,Ci和Ta为限制变量。[结论]不同灌溉量对幼龄林胡杨的光合特性有显著影响,适量的灌溉,增加胡杨的Pn,随着林龄的增加,胡杨的光合作用越强。[Objective]To understand the diurnal variation characteristics of photosynthesis of young Populus euphratica under different irrigation and the relationship between net photosynthetic rate(P n)and environmental factors-photosynthetic effective radiation(PAR),intercellular CO_(2) concentration(C i),atmospheric temperature(T a)and air humidity(RH)under T 3 treatment.[Method]Taking 3,5 and 7-year-old Populus euphratica as the research object,the diurnal changes of net photosynthetic rate(P n),stomatal conductance(G s),intercellular CO_(2) concentration(C i),transpiration rate(T r)and water use efficiency(WUE)of 3,5 and 7-year-old Populus euphratica under different irrigation rates were studied;correlation analysis,stepwise regression analysis and path analysis were used to study the differences between P n and environmental factors in young forest.[Result]Under different water conditions,the diurnal variation curves of P n and T r of Populus euphratica seedlings showed a single peak,and the intercellular CO_(2) concentration(C i)showed a“concave single peak”.The daily mean of P n and WUE of 3,5,7-year-old Populus euphratica reached the maximum under T 3 treatment[29 kg/(plant·time)];the transpiration rate showed an upward trend with the increase of PAR and T a.Path analysis showed that under T 3 treatment,all environmental factors had a significant impact on P n,and the order of decision coefficient was PAR>RH>T a>C i.PAR of 3-year-old Populus euphratica is the decision variable,RH and T a are the limiting variables,PAR of 5 and 7-year-old Populus euphratica is the decision variable,C i and T a are the limiting variables.[Conclusion]Different irrigation rates have significant effects on the photosynthetic characteristics of young Populus euphratica.Appropriate irrigation increases the P n of Populus euphratica.With the increase of forest age,the photosynthesis of Populus euphratica is stronger.
