森林游憩满意度评价研究——以北京市29处森林公园为例

摘　　要：游憩者满意度关系到北京市森林公园未来生态资源的利用效益与效率。以北京市29个森林公园为研究对象,拟对森林游憩者进行实证调查,在分析游憩者满意度的基础上,对调研样本进行t值检验,采用IPA方法和李克特五级量表,对26个因子的行前重要性和实际体验满意度进行评价。结果表明:北京市森林公园游憩者满意度均值为3.99,属于一般满意。森林公园质量环境较高,但仍有改善空间。根据对26个质量指标的四象限划分结果,针对性提出提升北京市森林公园游憩者满意度的具体对策。The satisfaction of tourists is related to the utilization benefit and efficiency of ecological resources in Beijing forest park.Taking 29 forest parks in Beijing as the research object,this study intends to conduct an empirical survey on forest recreational users.Based on the analysis of the satisfaction of recreational users,the t-value test is carried out on the survey samples,and the IPA method and five-level Likert scale are adopted to evaluate the pre-travel importance and actual experience satisfaction of 26 factors.The results showed that:The overall mean value of actual experience satisfaction is 3.99,belonging to the category of“general”.The quality of forest park environment is higher,but there is still room for improvement.According to the results of four quadrant division of 26 quality indicators,the paper puts forward specific countermeasures to improve the satisfaction of the park users in Beijing.
