打叶片烟尺寸对细支卷烟质量的影响

摘　　要：为确定细支卷烟打叶片烟尺寸的适宜范围,开展了>50.00 mm、>40.00~50.00 mm、>25.40~40.00 mm、>12.70~25.40 mm、6.36~12.70 mm 5种不同片烟尺寸对细支卷烟质量的影响,结果表明不同片烟尺寸对叶片形状系数、烟丝理化指标、卷烟的物理指标、燃烧落头倾向率、感官质量有一定的影响,对卷烟的烟气指标无明显影响。适宜片烟尺寸下叶片形状更接近圆形,常规化学成分协调,有利于卷烟烟丝尺寸分布、丝中含梗签率、卷烟物理指标的控制,感官质量较优。片烟尺寸小的卷烟具有烟支密度分布均匀性好、卷烟燃烧落头倾向率低、烟枪后4.00 mm以上长丝率低等优点,具有烟丝碎丝率、卷烟含末率、端部落丝量高,烟丝整丝率低,填充能力差的缺点。>12.70~25.40 mm片烟尺寸的卷烟重量和吸阻稳定性好、烟枪后>2.00~4.00 mm中丝率最高,通过烟枪后烟丝尺寸聚类分析可将片烟尺寸划分为>40.00 mm、>12.70~40.00 mm、6.36~12.70 mm 3组。综合细支卷烟质量要求,打叶片烟尺寸应适中,适宜范围为>12.70~40.00 mm。In order to determine the suitable range of threshing tobacco slice size,the effects of five tobacco slice sizes(>50.00 mm,>40.00-50.00 mm,>25.40-40.00 mm,>12.70-25.40 mm,6.36-12.70 mm)on the quality of fine cigarette were carried out.The results showed that different tobacco slice size had certain influences on leaf shape coefficient,physico-chemical indices of cut tobacco,physical indices of cigarette,tendency rate of falling head and sensory quality of cigarette,but it had no obvious influence on the smoke index of cigarette.The shape of the leaves with moderate tobacco slice size was close to round,the conventional chemical components were coordinated,which was favorable for the control of tobacco slice size distribution,stem rate in the silk,physical indices of cigarette,the sensory quality was better.The cigarettes with smaller tobacco slice size had the advantages of better uniformity of tobacco density distribution,lower tendency rate of cigarette burning to fall off the head,and they had disadvantages of high broken rate of tobacco,high rate of tobacco end,high cut tobacco quantity at the end,low percentage of whole cut tobacco,poor filling ability.The cigarettes with>12.70-25.40 mm slice tobacco had good weight and drag stability,the highest medium filament(>2.00-4.00 mm).By clustering analysis,the filaments were divided into three groups according to the size of slice tobacco:>40.00 mm,>12.70-40.00 mm and 6.36-12.70 mm.According to the quality requirements of fine cigarette,the threshing tobacco size should be moderate,the suitable range was>12.70-40.00 mm.
