摘　　要：针对目前体育专业课程课堂教学存在的短板弱项,聚焦教与学两个层面和教与学需求及其融合,剖析形成原因,探寻解决路径,创构设计“健康知识+基本运动技能+专项运动技能+应聘技能+就业技能”课堂教学新模式,丰富课堂教学内涵和课外教学过程,补齐短板弱项,育人铸魂,以期为新时代高等院校体育专业教学和创新创业教育贡献新思路、新做法,谋求新作为、新效能。Focuses on two aspects of teaching and learning and their requirements and combination,analyzed the reasons and explored ways to solve these problems.Designed the new teaching model of“health knowledge+basic sports skills+professional movement skills+interviewing skill+employ ability skills”.It will enrich the connotation of classroom teaching and extracurricular teaching process,make up the weak points and cultivate talents for the country.It aims to contribute new ideas and practices to the teaching innovation and entrepreneurship education of colleges and universities in the new era,and seek new achievements and new efficiency.
