体外物理振动排石治疗输尿管中下段小结石的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨体外物理振动排石(EPVL)治疗输尿管中下段小结石的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2019年1月至2021年1月本院收治的110例输尿管中下段小结石患者的临床资料。将所有患者分为试验组(54例)和对照组(56例)。试验组行EPVL治疗,对照组行常规药物保守治疗。比较两组患者的结石大小、病程、2周结石清除率、并发症发生率,评估EPVL治疗的临床疗效。结果试验组患者较对照组的2周结石清除率更高,病程更短,转其他治疗率更低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组患者的并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(12.50%vs.12.96%,均P>0.05)。结论EPVL具有安全、有效等优势,可成为治疗输尿管中下段小结石的理想手段。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of external physical vibration lithecbole(EPVL)in the treatment of small calculi in the middle and lower ureter.Methods The clinical data of 110 patients with small calculi in the middle and lower ureteral segment admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were divided into experimental group(54 cases)and control group(56 cases).The experimental group received EPVL treatment and the control group received conventional conservative treatment.The differences of stone size,course of disease,2-week stone clearance rate and complication rate between the two groups were compared,and the clinical efficacy of EPVL was evaluated.Results Compared with conservative treatment group,EPVL group had higher 2-week stone clearance rate and shorter course of disease,lower rate of turn to other treatment and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in two groups was similar,there was no statistical significance(12.50%vs.12.96%,P>0.05).Conclusions EPVL stone removal therapy has the advantages of safety and effectiveness,and can be an ideal treatment for small calculi in the middle and lower segment of ureter.
