泌尿外科急症的病种类型及回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的总结本院收治的泌尿外科急症的病种类型、诊治特点及预后,以期为更好地应对泌尿外科各种急症提供临床治疗经验。方法回顾性分析本院在2018年5月至2020年12月行急诊手术的181例急症患者的临床资料,总结分析所有急诊患者的疾病种类及构成比、急诊治疗方式与预后。结果181例急症患者的疾病种类以上尿路结石并感染占比最高[49.2%(89/181)]。在181例急症患者中,179例(98.9%)行外科手术治疗,2例(1.1%)行介入手术治疗。所有患者预后良好。结论泌尿外科急症的临床表现特点为起病急、进展快、术前诊断较明确,科学而有原则性的诊疗措施能有效提高治疗效率,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To summarize the types,diagnosis and treatment characteristics and prognosis of urological emergency cases in our hospital,in order to provide clinical treatment experience for various emergency cases of urological surgery.Methods The clinical data of 181 patients requiring emergency surgery who were admitted to the Department of Urology in the Optics Valley branch of Wuhan Third Hospital from May 2018 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.The types and proportions of diseases,emergency treatment and prognosis of all emergency patients were summarized and analyzed.Results Among 181 patients with acute diseases,urinary calculi and infection accounted for the highest proportion[49.2%(89/181)].All patients received emergency surgical treatment and the prognosis was good.Conclusions The clinical manifestations of urological emergency are characterized by rapid onset,rapid progression,and clear preoperative diagnosis.Scientific and principled diagnosis and treatment measures can effectively improve the efficiency of treatment,reduce the pain of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.
