单人操作包皮环切缝合器与传统包皮环切的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的探讨单人操作包皮环切缝合器环切包皮的疗效及安全性。方法选取2017年11月至2020年12月在本院行包皮环切术的320例患者为研究对象,根据数字表法将患者随机分成对照组(单人行传统包皮环切术)和观察组(行单人操作的一次性包皮环切缝合器切除术),每组各160例。观察并分析两组患者的手术时间、术后疼痛评分、满意度评分、术后切口裂开、包皮水肿、皮下血肿、切口感染等情况。结果观察组的手术时间、切口愈合时间短于对照组,术中出血量、术中疼痛评分少于对照组,外观满意度优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组的术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单人操作包皮环切缝合器环切包皮是简单、安全、有效的包皮环切手术。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of single-person circumcision with suturing apparatus.Methods A total of 320 patients who underwent circumcision in our hospital from November 2017 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the digital table method,the patients were randomly divided into the control group(single traditional circumcision)and the observation group(single disposable circumcision suturator),with 160 cases in each group.The operation time,postoperative pain score,satisfaction score,postoperative incision dehiscence,prepuce edema,subcutaneous hematoma,and incision infection of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results The operation time and incision healing time of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group,the intraoperative blood loss and intraoperative pain score were less than that of the control group,and the appearance satisfaction was better than that of the control group,with statistical significance(all P<0.05).The postoperative complications in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Single-person circumcision suture circumcision is a simple,safe,and effective circumcision procedure.
