摘  要:城市轨道交通运行时钢轨电流会从结构紧固件处泄漏到大地中,为研究钢轨紧固件绝缘垫层破损时杂散电流的空间分布,本文利用CDEGS(Current Distribution,Electromagnetic fields,Grounding,Soil structure analysis)接地分析软件搭建轨道交通仿真模型,对绝缘垫出现破损时各结构层次电位、电流分布和杂散电流空间分布进行对比分析,对钢轨绝缘垫层破损处泄漏电流影响因素进行研究,由此提出钢轨绝缘垫层出现破损时的量值计算模型。结果表明:轨道交通各结构层次电流在绝缘垫层破损处出现突变,而电位变化较小。破损处较大的泄漏电流与沿线钢轨泄漏电流的叠加电场会造成附近土壤等电流密度幅值曲线出现畸变,在本文仿真模型中可对183 m范围的杂散电流空间分布产生影响。同时本文通过修正双边供电电阻网络模型边界条件,推导了钢轨绝缘垫层破损时的解析模型,其与CDEGS仿真结果误差较小,证明了钢轨绝缘垫破损解析模型的正确性和适用性。During the operation of urban rail transit,the rail current will leak from the structural fasteners to the ground.In order to study the spatial distribution of the stray current when the insulation cushion of the rail fasteners is damaged,this paper uses the CDEGS software to build a rail transit simulation model.The spatial distribution of potential,current distribution and stray current at each structure layer is compared and analyzed,and the influencing factors of leakage current at the damaged part of the rail insulation mat are studied.On the basis of the studying,a model is proposed for calculating the magnitude of damage in the presence of damage.The results show that the current of each structure level of rail transit has a sudden change at the damage of insulation cushion,but the change of potential is small.The superimposed electric field of the larger leakage current at the damaged area and the leakage current along the rail will cause the distortion of the amplitude curve of the adjacent soil constant current density,which can affect the spatial distribution of stray current in the range of 183 m in the simulation model of this paper.At the same time,by modifying the boundary conditions of the two-side power supply resistance network model,the error between the analytical model and the CDEGS simulation results is small,which proves the correctness and applicability of the analytical model of rail insulation mat damage.
