摘　　要：数字技术已成为驱动全球经济社会发展的主导力量,也是衡量国家竞争力的核心指标。数字技术已经成为山东省打造乡村振兴齐鲁样板的重要引擎,赋能山东省农业产业全链条、农村治理全领域、农民生活全方位转型重塑。但是,从总体上看,我省数字乡村建设尚处于起步阶段,农业数据的价值没有充分挖掘,构建农业大数据国家标准体系,数字农业全产业链条水平不高,数字化农业龙头企业多而不强。山东省要将数字化作为打造乡村振兴齐鲁样板和现代农业强省建设的动力源,强化数字乡村转型的顶层设计;以数字化推进乡村生产生态生活全面转型,打造全域数字化转型齐鲁样板;将数字技术与农业特色优势领域深度融合,作为推进山东省数字乡村建设的突破口。Digital technology has become the driving force of global economic and social development and a core indicator of national competitiveness In Shandong province,it has been an important engine to create a model of rural revitalization and empower the transformation and reshaping of the entire agricultural industry chain,rural governance,and lifestyle of peasants However,generally,the digital construction in rural areas of the province is still in its infancy for the value of agricultural data have not been fully tapped;a national stand-ard system for big agricultural data has not been established;the level of the digital agricultural industry chain is still in the low stage,and the leading digital agricultural enterprises are many but not strong Shandong prov-ince should take digitization as the driving force and make more emphasis on the top-level design,promote comprehensive transformation of rural production,ecological environment and life style through digitization to create a model of comprehensive digital transformation in the entire region,integrate digital technology with the advantages of agricultural characteristics as a breakthrough in promoting the construction of digital rural areas in Shandong Province.
