“重民本”的历史文化内涵与当代提升

摘　　要：重民本,可称为中国传统文化中一切政治活动的价值标准,有着很深的历史渊源,自成体系,内涵丰富,在当代中国共产党执政理念与实践中又获得了提升。中华传统文化中的民本思想源远流长,体系完整,逻辑严密,包含以下内容:爱民养育民,关心下层人的疾苦;节制欲望,使民以时;为民谋利、执政为民,“泽加于民”。重民本,是中华传统文化中重要的财富。同时,在私有制的经济基础上,以民为本,不可能真正实现。与现代民主相比,中华传统的民本思想强调了“为人民的统治”,而忽略了“人民的统治”。只有在无产阶级领导的政权之中,人民才能真正当家作主,民本才不再是“统治人民”而成了“人民统治”。共产党人所提出的为人民服务、以人为本,是对中华传统民本观念的继承与发展。People-oriented outlook can be considered as the value standard for all political activities in traditional Chinese culture It has a deep historical origin,a system of its own and rich connotation,including such concepts as caring for the people especially the lower class,restraining desires and guiding the people with appropriate measures,seeking benefits for the people,governing the people,and bringing benefits to the people As an important treasure in traditional Chinese culture,it cannot be truly realized on the basis of a capitalist economic system that promotes private ownership for it emphasizes ruling the people instead of ruling by the people In the contemporary ideology and practice of the Communist Party of China,it has evolved to serve the people and put the people in the first place.
