摘 要:基于有限元方法评估了某汽轮机高压缸阀壳的安全性,根据机组启动曲线计算了阀壳的瞬态温度场,并进行了低周疲劳分析,采用Mason-Coffin应变与疲劳寿命关系评估了阀壳的低周疲劳寿命。在稳态工况下分析了阀壳的长时蠕变,评估了阀壳在20万h内的运行安全性,为机组的安全运行提供了重要理论依据。In this paper,the safety of a high pressure casing valve of a steam turbine has been evaluated based on the finite element method.The transient temperature field of the valve has been calculated according to the start-up curve,and the low cycle fatigue analysis has been carried out.The low cycle fatigue life of the valve has been evaluated via the relationship between Mason-Coffin strain and fatigue life.The long-term creep of the valve has been analyzed during the steady state operation.Further,the operation safety of the valve within 200,000 h has been evaluated,which can provide an important theoretical basis for the safe operation of the unit.
