摘 要:为解决氧化皮问题对电厂运行安全的威胁,研发氧化皮主动式捕集技术,并提出了3种捕集结构:环锥捕集腔、环形捕集腔和口袋捕集腔,安装于主蒸汽管道弯头出口位置。CFD数值结果表明,环形捕集腔可利用0.25%流量的主蒸汽将80%100μm以上颗粒分离出主蒸汽,叶栅工作寿命大幅提高。携带颗粒的蒸汽进行汽固分离后送入高加具有最佳的热经济性。氧化皮捕集装置的研发与分析,对于从根源上解决高参数汽轮机叶片颗粒冲蚀问题意义重大,对超超临界锅炉抗蒸汽侧氧化具有推广示范作用。Under the background of flexible peak shaving,in order to solve the threat of oxide scale problem to the operation safety of power plant,active oxide scale capture technology is developed,and three capture structures are proposed:annular cone capture cavity,annular capture cavity and pocket capture cavity,which are installed at the elbow outlet of main steam pipeline.CFD numerical results show that the annular capture chamber can use 0.25%flow of main steam to separate 80%particles in 100μm from the main steam,and the working life of the cascade is greatly improved.The steam carrying particles is sent to the high-pressure heater after vapor-solid separation,which has the best thermal economy.The research and development and analysis of oxide skin capture device is of great significance to solve the problem of particle erosion of high parameter steam turbine blades from the root,and plays a role in promoting and demonstrating the anti steam side oxidation of ultra supercritical boilers.
