摘 要:通过数值模拟研究稳态运行过程中壳体内部空气流动状态及不同壳程接管数量下壳体内空气分布情况及其影响,验证了错流式换热器壳程流量分布不均对其性能却有影响,较均匀的壳程流量分布具有更高的出口温度。根据仿真计算得到长筒体错流换热器不同壳程接管数量下的流量分布比例,壳程设置多个接管有助于提高壳内空气分布均匀性。根据流量分布比例计算壳程空气出口温度。分析结果发现,随着壳程空气流量的提高,壳程空气分布均匀的换热器性能越好。This paper studies the air flow state inside the shell and its influence in the steady-state operation process through numerical simulation.In this paper,it is verified that the uneven distribution of the shell flow of the cross-flow heat exchanger has an impact on its performance,and the more uniform shell flow distribution has a higher outlet temperature.According to the simulation calculation,the flow distribution ratio under the different shell nozzles of the long barrel cross-flow heat exchanger is obtained,and the shell process is set up with multiple nozzles to help improve the uniformity of the air distribution in the engraving.According to the flow distribution ratio,the outlet temperature of shell air is calculated,and the analysis results show that with the increase of shell air flow,the better the performance of the heat exchanger with uniform shell air distribution.
