摘　　要：中国石化西北油田分公司采油四厂党委不断探索党组织和党员发挥作用的有效路径,创建了“三型四化一品”基层党建攻坚力提升体系,激发党员责任区、示范岗、突击队等工作组织、岗位活力,持续促进党建工作与生产经营的深度融合,进一步增强党建工作实效,将国有企业政治优势充分转化为治理效能。The Party Committee of the Fourth Oil Production Plant constantly explores the effective path for Party organizations and Party members to play their role.They create the“three types,four modernizations and one product”grassroots Party building breakthrough force improvement system to stimulate the vitality of the work organizations and positions such as Party members’responsibility areas,demonstration posts,commandos,to continuously improve the new mode of deep integration of Party building work and production and management,and further enhance the effectiveness of Party building work,and transform the political advantages of state-owned enterprises into governance effectiveness.
