摘　　要：中药炮制是一项传统制药技术,是中药区别于天然药物的标志,目前,其研究方向主要集中于中药炮制的炮制机理、传统工艺、历史沿革等。本文梳理探究近些年中药炮制机制研究领域相关成果,分析并研究其中存在的问题,指出研究要注重从药物吸收代谢角度研究中药炮制机制、加强炮制佐料作用机制及注重多维度分析与统计等方面的研究,为中药炮制机制研究提供新思路。Chinese medicinal processing is a unique pharmaceutical technology that distinguishes Chinese medicinal from natural medi⁃cines.Current research on Chinese medicinal processing mainly focuses on its processing mechanism,traditional techniques,historical e⁃volution,etc.This paper reviews recent achievements in Chinese medicinal processing mechanism research,analyzes the existing prob⁃lems,and proposes centering future research on the Chinese medicinal processing mechanism with regard to drug absorption and metabo⁃lism.Furthermore,researchers should consider the role of processing adjuvants and apply multi⁃dimensional analysis and statistical methods to provide new insights into the study of Chinese medicinal processing mechanism.
