锯叶棕果实提取物联合前列安栓治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床效果及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨锯叶棕果实提取物(SPE)联合前列安栓治疗慢性前列腺炎(CP)的临床效果及安全性。方法:选择2021年3月—2022年9月门诊收治的Ⅲ型CP患者150例,随机分为观察组(n=75)和对照组(n=75)。观察组给予SPE联合前列安栓治疗,对照组给予前列安栓治疗。比较两组患者的疗效及治疗前后的慢性前列腺炎症状评分(NIH-CPSI评分)、前列腺液炎症指标以及白细胞计数。结果:观察组的有效率(84.00%)高于对照组(69.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组NIH-CPSI评分以及白介素(IL)-2、IL-10、巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(M-CSF)和前列腺液白细胞数量均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。服药期间,均未发现严重药物不良反应。结论:锯叶棕果实提取物联合前列安栓可有效改善炎症指标,缓解患者的疼痛,且无明显的不良反应。Objective:To explore the clinical effect and safety analysis of sawn leaf palm fruit extract(SPE)combined with qianye ansupt in the treatment of chronic prostatitis(CP).Methods:All 150 patients with typeⅢCP who were treated in hospital from March 2021 to September 2022 were randomly divided into experimental group(n=75)and control group(n=75).The experimental group was given SPE combined with qianliean suppository,and the control group was given qianliean suppository.The efficacy,chronic prostatitis symptom score(NIH-CPSI score),prostatic fluid inflammation index and routine white blood cell count before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the experimental group was 84.00%higher than that of the control group 69.33%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,NIH-CPSI score,Interleukin(IL)-2,IL-10,macrophage colony-stimulating factor(M-CSF)and the number of leukocytes in prostatic fluid were lower in both groups than those before treatment,the difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Tumor necrosis factors levels(TNF-α)in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the levels of TNF-αin the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse drug reactions were found during the treatment.Conclusion:The extract of saw palm fruit combined with qianliean suppository can effectively treat chronic prostatitis,effectively improve inflammatory indicators,relieve pain,and have no obvious adverse reactions.
