摘　　要：目的:探讨自制改良塑料输液瓶阴茎保护器在小儿阴茎术后的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年1月收治的小儿阴茎术后住院患儿66例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与改良组,每组33例。对照组术后未使用阴茎保护器干预,改良组使用自制改良塑料输液瓶阴茎保护器。比较两组伤口触碰引起的疼痛、术后躁动情况及并发症发生率。结果:两组随术后时间的延长,VAS评分均下降,疼痛呼叫次数减少(P<0.05)。术后3 h,两组患儿的VAS评分及疼痛呼叫次数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后12 h和24 h,两组患儿的VAS评分均下降,疼痛呼叫次数均减少,且改良组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者的躁动情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组患者的躁动情况优于干预前,且改良组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。改良组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿阴茎术后通过应用自制改良塑料输液瓶阴茎保护器干预,可以缓解疼痛,改善患儿躁动,促进恢复,减少并发症的发生。Objective:To explore the application effect of self-made modified plastic infusion bottle in children after penile surgery.Methods:A total of 66 children hospitalized after penile surgery in hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(33 cases)and improved group(33 cases).The control group did not use penile protector after surgery,and the improved group used self-made modified plastic infusion bottle penile protector.The pain caused by wound touch,postoperative agitation and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:In the modified group and the control group,visual analog scale(VAS)decreased and the number of pain calls decreased with the extension of postoperative time(P<0.05).At 3 h after operation,there was no significant difference in VAS score and number of pain calls between the two groups(P>0.05).At 12 h and 24 h after operation,VAS scores of the two groups decreased,and the modified group was lower than the control group.Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in restlessness between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the agitation of the two groups was better than that before the intervention,and the agitation of the modified group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the modified group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of self-made modified plastic infusion bottle after penile surgery in children can relieve pain,reduce restlessness,promote recovery,and reduce the incidence of complications.
