摘 要:水利自动监测站在水文测报、水资源管理、工程管理中发挥了重要作用,但传统自动监测站已无法满足水利信息化高质量发展的要求,亟需通过综合智能监测平台整合物联网、云计算、大数据、AI等新一代信息技术,实现数据采集、数据分析、智慧判断等功能,助推我省加快构建具有预报、预警、预演、预案功能的智慧水利体系,提高决策科学性和服务效率。Automatic monitoring stations for water resources have played an important role in the areas of hydrological observation,water resources management and project management.However,the traditional monitoring stations are not suitable for high quality development of water conservancy informatization.It is urgent to integrate a new generation of information technology such as the Internet of Things,cloud computing,big data,and AI with the help of an integrated platform of intelligent monitoring to achieve data collection,data analysis,intelligent judgment and other functions.Finally,it is helpful for Jiangxi province to build a smart water system with the functions of forecasting,early warning,rehearsal and emergency planning to improve the scientific decision-making and service efficiency.
