摘 要:牛庄洼陷是胜利页岩油国家级示范区重点开发区域,该区块地质条件复杂,二开311.1 mm井眼钻进效率低的问题十分突出。为实现页岩油井大尺寸井眼的高效钻进,针对上部砾石层钻头寿命短、行程进尺少,斜井段滑动钻进“托压”严重、钻头攻击性与工具面稳定性矛盾突出等问题,通过对提速工艺的分段优化、井眼轨迹优化、高效钻头及提速工具研制配套、钻井液性能分析及工艺优化等技术措施,提出了优快钻井技术。该技术在牛庄洼陷页岩油国家级示范区应用20口井,取得了显著的提速提效成果,表现在:机械钻速较同区块前期提高40.8%,平均行程进尺较同区块前期提升46.35%,二开平均钻井周期较同区块前期缩短55.55%,有效解决了牛庄洼陷页岩油上部大尺寸井眼钻进效率低、行程进尺少的问题。研究结果可为胜利油田页岩油钻井提速提效提供借鉴。The Niuzhuang subsag is a key development area of the Shengli Shale Oil National Demonstration Zone.With complex geological conditions,the problem of low drilling efficiency in the second spud in 311.1 mm wellbore is very prominent.In order to achieve efficient drilling of large-sized shale oil wells,in response to issues such as short bit life and less bit run footage in the upper gravel layer,severe“backing pressure”and prominent contradictions between bit aggressiveness and tool face stability during slide drilling in the inclined section,technical measures such as segmented optimization of ROP improving process,optimization of wellbore trajectory,development and matching of efficient bit and ROP improving tools,and optimization of drilling fluid properties and technologies were taken.This technology has been applied to 20 wells in the National Demonstration Zone of Shale Oil in Niuzhuang subsag,achieving significant results in ROP and efficiency improvement:compared with early stage of the same block,the ROP and average bit run footage have been increased by 40.8%and 46.35%respectively,and the average drilling cycle of the second spud-in has been shortened by 55.55%,which effectively solve the problems of low drilling efficiency and less bit run footage in the upper gravel layer of large-sized shale oil well of the Niuzhuang subsag.The research results provide references for improving the ROP and efficiency of shale oil drilling in the Shengli Oilfield.
