警察现场执法中的语言控制

摘　　要：人民警察现场执法受到现场指挥、徒手防卫与控制、临战心理、执法者综合体能诸多因素影响。而作为影响民警现场执法效果的重要因素,语言控制贯穿于现场执法全过程。当前我国基层民警在进行现场执法时,对于徒手控制、警械具使用和武器控制重视程度较高,对于规范科学的语言控制研究和运用相对不足。在新时代执法实践中,应该提高一线民警对语言控制的重要性认识,强化执法程序意识和法治意识,加强法律法规和法言法语培训,提升语言规范水平,并通过科学手段进行语言控制训练以强化其语言应变能力,不断提升执法警察语言控制技能和现场执法效果。Police officers engaged in on-site law enforcement are influenced by various factors such as on-site command,unarmed defense and control,psychological preparedness,and overall physical fitness.As an important factor affecting the effectiveness of law enforcement,language control plays a significant role throughout the entire process.Currently,in China,frontline police officers prioritize training in unarmed control,the proper use of equipment,and weapon control,while relatively neglecting the study and application of standardized and scientific language control.In the new era of law enforcement practice,it is crucial to enhance the awareness of frontline police officers regarding the importance of language control,strengthen their understanding of law enforcement procedures and the rule of law,provide training on laws and regulations,and improve linguistic competence.Additionally,scientific methods should be utilized for language control training to enhance officers'adaptability in language usage,continuously improving their language control skills and on-site law enforcement effectiveness.
