摘 要:对以用压缩氢气铝内胆复合材料缠绕气瓶(三型瓶)为储氢装置的船载氢系统加注过程中影响温升的因素进行分析,并通过对不同储氢容量的氢系统进行充氢试验,分析船载氢系统储氢量对气瓶温度影响。结果表明,氢系统储罐内气体升压越快,气体温升越快,从而推导出加注流量一定的条件下储氢量(加注量)越大,瓶内气体升压越慢,温升越慢。This paper analyzes the factors that affect the temperature rise during the filling process of the shipboard hydrogen system with the compressed hydrogen aluminum liner composite wrapped cylinder(Type-III cylinder)as the hydrogen storage device,and analyzes the influence of the hydrogen storage capacity of the shipboard hydrogen system on the cylinder temperature through the hydrogen filling test of the hydrogen systems with different hydrogen storage capacities.The results show that the faster the gas pressure in the tank of the hydrogen system rises,the faster the gas temperature rises.It can be deduced that the larger the hydrogen storage capacity(filling capacity)is,the slower the gas pressure in the cylinder rises and the slower the temperature rises under the condition of a certain filling flow.
