摘 要:引出支架是旋转机械装置的一个重要部件。根据实际使用需求,支架需承受较大往复扭转力,并具备现场有限空间内简易拆装性能。本文以某旋转机械装置为例,介绍了一种随动电缆引出支架的设计思路,在现有的支架结构基础上,利用有限元仿真软件Ansys Workbench,分别对支架进行了静力学分析和模态分析计算,根据计算结果对支架进行了结构优化,使其满足设计要求。The lead out bracket is an important part of rotating mechanical device.According to the actual use requirements,the bracket needs to bear large reciprocating torsion force,and has the performance of easy disassembly and assembly in the limited space.Taking a rotating mechanical device as an example,this paper introduces the design idea of a lead out bracket applied to follow-up cable,on the basis of the existing bracket structure,using the finite element simulation software Ansys workbench,the statics analysis and modal analysis of the bracket were carried out respectively,the structure of the bracket is optimized based on simulation results to meet the design requirements.
