摘　　要：针对现有损管应急指挥救援保障系统存在应急通讯问题,以及因船体屏蔽导致的对讲功能失效问题,救援协同问题,研制了一种多功能损管救援保障系统。该系统在传统消防装备的基础上,设计、开发音视频通信、近眼显示、应急呼救、生命体征反馈等功能模块。研究结果表明:该应急指挥设备能有效提高损管抢险、决策效率、维修指挥,更好的保障损管队员的生命安全,提高了船舶损害隐患的管控水平,提升了船舶的安全性、可靠性。This paper proposes a multifunctional damage management rescue guarantee system to solve the problems including emergency communication problems,the failure of intercom function caused by hull shielding and rescue coordination problems in view of the existing damage management emergency command and rescue support system.,.Based on the traditional fire-fighting equipment,functional modules such as voice on video communication,near-eye display,emergency call for help,and vital sign feedback are designed for the system.The research results show that the emergency command equipment can effectively improve the damage management and rescue,decision-making efficiency,maintenance command,better protect the-safety of the damage management team members,improve the management and control level of ship damage hazards,and improve the safety and reliability of the ship.
