住区街道冬季老年人的生活行为与空间利用特征研究

摘　　要：在夏热冬冷地区,冬季的住区街道对老年人日常生活非常重要,从季节的角度研究老年人在街道中的行为状况,可以为城市住区街道的适老化建设提供参考依据。本文以上海市住区街道为例,通过对冬季老年人在街道中的行为内容、行为时间与街道空间利用情况进行观察、访谈,分析老年人在街道空间中的生活行为方式,探讨老年人行为与街道空间的内在关系,揭示老年人对街道空间的利用特征,在此基础上提出了适合老年人冬季行为需求的街道空间改造设计原则,以期为住区街道创造更适合老年人生活的环境设计提供参考。Winter community streets are of great signifi-cance to the daily life of the elderly in areas with hot sum-mers and cold winters.Therefore,research on the behav-iors of the elderly in streets from the perspective of season can provide reference for the transformation of community streets in urban areas catering to the needs of the elderly.The study,taking community streets in Shanghai as an ex-ample and conducting research on behavior content,be-havior time and space utilization of streets of the elderly in winter by means of observation and interview,analyzes life behavior styles of elderly in streets,explores the inter relationships of behaviors of the elderly and the space of streets,reveals the street utilization features of the elderly,and puts forward design principles for space transformation of streets catering to the behavior needs of the elderly in winter,hoping to provide references for environment design of community streets more appropriate for life of the elderly.
