摘　　要：岭南地区养老机构的半开放空间是促进老年人健康行为的重要场所,由于缺乏对建成环境和老年人行为活动的针对性思考,导致当今养老机构半开放空间偏重空间形态设计,忽略了环境设计因素和老年人实际使用之间的科学联系。本文选取深圳市两家养老机构进行调研,选取空中连廊、空中平台和底层架空三种半开放空间,以老年人的行为活动和环境感知为主要研究内容,结合老年人对设计因子的主观感受,分析三种典型半开放空间的使用现状和设计中存在的问题。研究成果不仅可以改善深圳养老机构半开放空间的建成环境,也能为岭南地区养老机构半开放空间设计提供借鉴。The semi-outdoor space of the nursing home in the Lingnan Area is an important place to promote the healthy behavior of the elderly.Due to the lack of targeted consideration on the built environment and the behavior of the elderly,the semi-outdoor space of nursing home fo-cused much on the spatial design,while ignored the sci-entific relationship between environmental design factors and the users.This research takes two nursing homes in Shenzhen as examples,three semi-outdoor space from air corridor,aerial platform and ground floor were selected.The research focuses on the behavioral and environmen-tal perception of the elderly,and their feelings for design factors,to analyze the problems accrued in these typical semi-outdoor space.The research could improve the envi-ronment of the semi-outdoor space in nursing homes in not only Shenzhen,but also in the whole Lingnan Area.
