摘　　要：日本服务型老年住宅的建设开始于2011年,经过了10年的快速发展,目前已形成成熟的养老设施类别,有效解决了在普通住宅居家养老和入住养老福祉设施之间缺乏过渡性产品的空白。本研究通过资料调查和案例分析的方式,分析了服务型老年住宅设施的建筑布局形态、开放性的公共空间和服务功能配置、以及包括餐饮空间、居室空间的内部空间构成的特点,为填补我国相关设施建设的空白提供参考借鉴。The construction of Serviced Housing for the El-derly in Japan began in 2011.After 10 years of rapid devel-opment,this mature category of elderly care facilities has been formed,which effectively solves the lack of products between ordinary residential home-based elderly care and living-in elderly care facilities.Through data investigation and case analysis,this study analyzes the architectural lay-out form of Serviced Housing for the Elderly,open public space and service function configuration,as well as the characteristics of internal space composition including catering space and living space,so as to provide reference for filling the gap of relevant facilities construction in China.
