摘　　要：随着我国老旧小区改造持续全面推进,相关研究成为学界关注焦点。建筑类学科(包括建筑学、城市规划、风景园林等专业)与此方向高度相关。对该类学科相关研究进行系统性梳理与总结有助于归纳当前研究热点及明晰未来研究方向。为此,本文借助CiteSpace软件对建筑类学科相关中文文献进行分析,总结研究现状与趋势。研究发现,北京、上海、广州是现有研究热点城市,微改造、适老化改造、公共空间是现有研究热点议题,研究总体呈现内容不断扩大、议题日益深入、视角日趋多元、方法日渐丰富和愈加重视差异化改造的趋势。未来应加强基于精细化治理、韧性社区、健康社区、可持续社区、生活圈、社区体检、绿色改造等理念的改造研究。As renovation of old residential quarters in China improves by leaps and bounds,relevant research has be-come the focus of academics.Because architectural dis-ciplines(including architecture,urban planning,landscape architecture and other majors)are highly correlated with this direction,systematic sorting and summarizing the rel-evant research of such disciplines can help summarize the current research hotspots and clarify future research direc-tions.With the help of CiteSpace software,this paper ana-lyzes the Chinese literature of related architectural disci-plines,and summarizes the research status and trends.The results show that Beijing,Shanghai and Guangzhou are the current research hotspot cities,and micro renovation,ag-ing renovation and public space are the existing research hotspots,and the overall research content is expanding,the topics are becoming more and more in-depth,the perspec-tives are becoming more and more diverse,the methods are becoming more and more abundant,and the trend of differentiated renovation is increasingly emphasized.In the future,the renovation research based on the concepts of refined governance,resilient communities,healthy commu-nities,sustainable communities,living circles,community physical examinations,and green transformation should be strengthened.
