亚热带气候区商业建筑中庭采光性能研究

摘　　要：亚热带气候区四季分明,光照充足,在中国约有四分之一的面积被亚热带区覆盖。在快速城市化背景下,随着节能减排的大力推行,对公共建筑的光环境有了更高的要求,在商业建筑中,中庭不仅是充分利用自然光源、减少能源消耗的重要场所,还能促进商业空间内的良性互动,因此如何设计中庭以发挥其节能效能,已成为商业建筑设计的重点关注问题。目前针对商业建筑中庭采光性能的研究发现,在亚热带气候区仅包含对某几个采光性能参数的探讨,缺乏涵盖多个采光性能参数的系统对比研究。将商业建筑的中庭作为该研究对象,梳理出影响采光的主要设计因子:中庭位置、平面形式、朝向、屋顶形式、光井指数(Well Index,WI)及中庭玻璃材质;并针对采光性能参数:采光系数(Daylight Factor,DF)、照度、空间全天然采光百分比(Spatial Daylight Autonomy,sDA)值及年度曝光率(Annual Sunlight Exposure,ASE)值进行对比分析,总结出中庭设计因子与各采光性能参数的关系,为商业建筑的中庭设计提供信息支持和决策参考。Improving the energy efficiency of buildings is of significance to reduce carbon emissions and promote car-bon neutrality.The atrium of commercial buildings not only makes the most of natural light and reduces energy con-sumption,but also promotes positive interaction between visual interactions in commercial spaces,so how to design the atrium to bring out its energy efficiency has become a key concern in commercial building design.Current re-search on the daylighting performance of commercial atri-ums has found that in subtropical climates,only a few day-lighting performance parameters have been discussed,and there is a lack of systematic comparative studies covering multiple daylighting performance parameters.We take the atrium of commercial building as the research object,and sort out the key design factors affecting the lighting:atrium location,plan form,atrium orientation,roof types,well in-dex(WI)and glazing type;and compare and analyze the lighting performance parameters:daylight factor(DF),illumi-nance,spatial daylight autonomy(sDA)and annual sunlight exposure(ASE)values.It provides information support and decision reference for commercial building atrium design.
