摘 要:介绍了镍对铸铁基体组织和力学性能的影响情况,指出:作为促进石墨化元素,镍可使铸铁的白口倾向降低,但至今尚未见镍对铸铁共晶团数量和石墨形状影响的报道;只有当含硅量降低到一定数量时镍提高铸铁强度的作用才能实现,镍对抗弯强度和挠度的影响取决于铸铁中的含碳量,铸铁的弹性模量随着含镍量的增加而增加。此外,还介绍了镍对铸铁耐磨性能、耐腐蚀性能和热膨胀系数的影响情况。The effect of nickel on the microstructure and mechanical properties of cast iron matrix is introduced.It is pointed out that nickel,as an element promoting graphitization,can reduce the whitening tendency of cast iron,but the effect of nickel on the number of eutectic clusters and the shape of graphite has not been reported so far.The effect of nickel on the strength of cast iron can be realized only when the silicon content is reduced to a certain amount.The influence of nickel on the bending strength and deflection depends on the carbon content of cast iron.The elastic modulus of cast iron increases with the increase of nickel content.In addition,the influence of nickel on abrasion resistance,corrosion resistance and thermal expansion coefficient of cast iron is also introduced.
