摘  要:ZG17Cr1Mo1V与ZG15Cr2Mo1为汽轮机高温高压铸件常用耐热材料,通过化学成分、热处理工艺、力学性能、金相组织、焊接性能、生产成本等方面分析了两种材料的特性及差异;生产验证表明,ZG15Cr2Mo1的力学性能接近或达到ZG17Cr1Mo1V的技术指标,且工艺性和成本上表现更佳,在满足客户要求下进行材料替代是可行的。ZG17Cr1Mo1V and ZG15Cr2Mo1 are commonly used heat-resistant materials for high temperature and high pressure turbine castings.The characteristics and differences of the two materials were analyzed from the aspects of chemical composition,heat treatment process,mechanical properties,metallostructure,welding properties and production cost.The production verification shows that the mechanical properties of ZG15Cr2Mo1 are close to or up to the technical indexes of ZG17Cr1Mo1V,and the performance is better in terms of technology and cost.It is feasible to substitute materials when meeting customer requirements.
