摘　　要：介绍了内部循环贯通结构的Y型灯具支架压铸件的模具设计与生产过程,通过在模具上安装钢管嵌件,实现铸件贯通结构的生产。并采用在模具嵌件外部安装定位支撑减小嵌件变形;加大进料口截面、降低压射速度、降低增压压力,利用分散进料、快速填充的方式减小对钢管嵌件的冲刷,从而获得合格铸件,成品率达到90%以上。The die design and production process of Y-type luminaire support die casting with internal circulation structure were introduced.The production of the through structure of the casting was realized by installing steel inserts on the mold.Insert deformation was reduced by installing a positioning support on the mold insert.The influence of aluminum scour on casting molding was reduced by increasing the inlet section,reducing the injection speed and reducing the boost pressure.Qualified castings were obtained,and the qualified rate reached more than 90%.
