摘　　要：为进一步提高生产效率,降低劳动强度,节约劳动力,定制一种可以便捷控制随流孕育剂稳定加入、浇注时不产生铁液飞溅的铸造装备,在铁型覆砂线曲轴生产中研究该工装的工艺性价值与实用性价值。In order to further improve the production efficiency,reduce the labor intensity and save the labour force.A kind of casting equipment was developped to control the addition of stream inoculation agent and avoid splashing of molten iron during pouring process.Testing the technological value and practical value of the casting equipment in crankshaft production of sand faced-iron mould casting.
