摘 要:文中将对焊接残余变形对工字型曲梁的影响进行研究,基于3D扫描技术对工字型钢曲梁焊接前后的实体模型进行点云数据的采集,然后利用Geomagic软件对点云数据进行封装成模,并基于分析焊接后的残余变形分布情况。然后将模型导入有限元软件ABAQUS,对焊接后的曲梁模型进行三点加载的数值模拟分析,模拟结果与试验较为吻合,随后分析了残余变形对曲梁承载力的影响。试验及有限元结果表明,3D扫描技术可以真实还原构件变形情况;焊接产生的残余变形对曲梁承载力有一定的影响。This paper studies the impact of welding residual deformation on the I-section curved beams.With 3D scanning technology,the point cloud data of the solid model before and after welding of I-beam are collected and then encapsulated into a data mold by the Geomagic software,based on which,the distribution of residual deforma⁃tion after welding is analyzed.Then the model is imported into the finite element software ABAQUS,and the numeri⁃cal simulation analysis of three-point loading is carried out on the welded curved beam mode.The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results,and the influence of residual deformation on the bearing capaci⁃ty of curved beams is analyzed.The test and finite element results show that 3D scanning technology restores the de⁃formation of components.The residual deformation produced by welding has a certain influence on the bearing ca⁃pacity of curved beams.
