摘　　要：文章选取2017年—2021年国内沪深A股的农产品生产企业数据作为研究样本,借鉴动态能力理论和资源基础理论,探讨数字化转型、供应链整合与农业企业创新绩效之间的关系,结论显示:数字化转型能有效提升农业企业创新绩效,此外,供应链整合在数字化转型与农业企业创新绩效之间存在中介作用。该研究对农业企业应对数字化转型、提高企业创新绩效、推动农业企业高质量发展及其未来战略的实施提供了新的视角。Drawing on dynamic capability theory and resource base theory,this paper selects the data of domestic agricultural production enterprises in Shanghai and Shenzhen A-shares from 2017-2021 as a research sample,to explore the relationship among digital transformation,supply chain integration and agribusiness innovation performance.The conclusions show that digital transformation can effectively improve the innovation performance of agricultural enterprises.In addition,supply chain integration mediates the relationship between digital transformation and agribusiness innovation performance.This study helps agribusinesses gain insight into how to cope with digital transformation and improve their innovation performance,and provides new perspectives for high-quality development of agribusinesses and their future strategy implementation.
