二甲双胍联合来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨二甲双胍联合来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕的效果。方法选取30例多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各15例。对照组接受来曲唑治疗,研究组接受二甲双胍联合来曲唑治疗,比较两组糖代谢、排卵及妊娠情况。结果治疗后,研究组空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数低于对照组(P<0.05);排卵成功率、妊娠率研究组(86.67%,66.67%)均高于对照组(66.67%,33.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二甲双胍联合来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕,可有效提高排卵成功率、妊娠率,具有临床推广价值。Objective To explore the efficacy of metformin combined with letrozole in the treatment of infertility with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods Thirty infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups based on random number table method,with 15 cases in each group.The control group received letrozole treatment,while the study group received metformin combined with letrozole treatment.The glucose metabolism,ovulation,and pregnancy status of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the fasting insulin and insulin resistance index in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The success rate of ovulation and pregnancy rate in the study group(86.67%,66.67%)were higher than those in the control group(66.67%,33.33%),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of metformin and letrozole in the treatment of infertility with polycystic ovary syndrome can effectively improve ovulation success rate and pregnancy rate,and has clinical promotion value.
