利普刀联合康妇凝胶治疗前庭大腺囊(脓)肿临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨利普刀联合康妇凝胶治疗前庭大腺囊(脓)肿的临床疗效。方法选取本院70例前庭大腺囊(脓)肿患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各35例。对照组采用传统造口术联合碘伏换药治疗,试验组采用利普刀造口术联合康妇凝胶治疗,比较两组手术相关指标、疼痛程度、术后感染及伤口粘连情况。结果试验组手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量小于对照组(P<0.05);试验组术后、术后1 d、术后2 d的疼痛视觉模拟评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组术后感染率、伤口粘连率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论利普刀联合康妇凝胶治疗前庭大腺囊(脓)肿,临床效果显著,值得推广。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Lippo knife combined with Kangfu gel in the treatment of vestibular gland sac(abscess)swelling.Methods 70 patients with vestibular gland cyst(abscess)in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional stoma combined with iodophor dressing change,and the test group was treated with Lippo scalpel stoma combined with Kangfu gel.The relevant indexes,pain degree,postoperative infection and wound adhesion of the two groups were compared.Results The experimental group had shorter surgical time and less intraoperative bleeding compared to the control group(P<0.05);The visual simulation scores of pain in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group at postoperative,1 day,and 2 days(P<0.05);The postoperative infection rate and wound adhesion rate in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Lipotop knife combined with Kangfu gel is effective in the treatment of large vestibular gland sac(abscess),which is worth popularizing.
