米非司酮联合炔诺酮治疗复发性更年期功能性子宫出血的效果

摘　　要：目的研究米非司酮联合炔诺酮治疗复发性更年期功能性子宫出血的效果。方法选取本院60例复发性更年期功能性子宫出血患者,根据入院顺序分为两组,各30例。对照组予以炔诺酮治疗,研究组予以米非司酮联合炔诺酮治疗,比较两组临床指标、性激素水平、不良反应及治疗效果。结果研究组完全止血时间、控制止血时间短于对照组,子宫内膜厚度大于对照组,血红蛋白低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组促卵泡生成激素、孕酮、黄体生成素、雌二醇均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为3.33%,低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率为100%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮联合炔诺酮治疗复发性更年期功能性子宫出血,能有效改善患者的临床指标及性激素,总有效率高,不良反应发生率低,值得推广。Objective To study the efficacy of mifepristone combined with norethisterone in the treatment of recurrent menopausal functional uterine bleeding.Methods 60 patients with recurrent menopausal functional uterine bleeding in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the order of admission,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with norethisterone,while the study group was treated with mifepristone combined with norethisterone.Clinical indicators,sex hormone levels,adverse reactions,and treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results The complete hemostasis time and controlled hemostasis time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,the endometrial thickness was greater than that of the control group,and the hemoglobin was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of follicle stimulating hormone,progesterone,luteinizing hormone,and estradiol in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 3.33%,lower than the 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05);The effective rate of treatment in the study group was 100%,higher than the 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of mifepristone and norethisterone in the treatment of recurrent menopausal functional uterine bleeding can effectively improve the clinical indicators and sex hormones of patients,with a high treatment effectiveness rate and low incidence of adverse reactions.It is worth promoting.
