优质护理联合盆底康复训练应用于广泛性全子宫切除术的效果

摘　　要：目的研究优质护理联合盆底康复训练应用于广泛性全子宫切除术的效果。方法选取本院收治的120例广泛性全子宫切除术患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各60例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取优质护理联合盆底康复训练,比较两组的膀胱改善、术后恢复及并发症发生情况。结果观察组首次测量残余尿量<100 ml发生率、自行排尿率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后下床、术后肛门排气和尿管留置时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的25.00%(P<0.05)。结论优质护理联合盆底康复训练能显著改善广泛性全子宫切除术患者的膀胱功能,且安全性高。Objective To study the effect of high-quality nursing combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation training on extensive total hysterectomy.Methods 120 patients with extensive hysterectomy admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received high-quality care combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation training.The bladder improvement,postoperative recovery,and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of residual urine volume<100 ml and spontaneous urination rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The observation group had shorter postoperative bedtime,anal exhaust time,and urinary catheter retention time compared to the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67%,lower than the 25.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation training can significantly improve bladder function in patients undergoing extensive hysterectomy,with high safety.
