宫腔镜下电切术治疗子宫内膜息肉伴不孕症的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨在子宫内膜息肉伴不孕症治疗中运用宫腔镜下电切术的临床疗效。方法选取42例子宫内膜息肉伴不孕症患者,根据入院时间分为对照组与试验组,每组21例。对照组接受宫腔镜下刮宫术治疗,试验组接受宫腔镜下电切术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果试验组总有效率95.24%高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组月经量、子宫内膜厚度指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组治疗后月经量少于对照组,子宫内膜厚度指标薄于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组妊娠率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜下电切术治疗子宫内膜息肉伴不孕症患者,可促进患者月经量及月经周期尽快恢复正常,有效提升疗效的同时,还能起到提升妊娠率及降低复发率的作用,临床借鉴运用价值较高。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hysteroscopic electroresection in the treatment of endometrial polyps associated with infertility.Methods 42 patients with endometrial polyps and infertility were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to admission time,with 21 cases in each group.The control group received hysteroscopic curettage,and the experimental group received hysteroscopic electrotomy.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.24%higher than that of the control group(66.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in menstrual volume and endometrial thickness between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the menstrual volume of experimental group was lower than that of control group,and the endometrial thickness index was thinner,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,and the recurrence rate was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic electroresection in the treatment of patients with endometrial polyps accompanied by infertility can promote the patients'menstrual volume and menstrual cycle to return to normal as soon as possible,effectively improve the curative effect,but also play a role in improving the pregnancy rate and reducing the recurrence rate,which is of high clinical reference value.
