双侧子宫动脉栓塞术终止剖宫产瘢痕妊娠和产后出血护理研究进展

摘　　要：剖宫产瘢痕妊娠会导致妊娠部位异常,极易增加大出血风险,所以需依据具体妊娠情况分析是否终止妊娠。目前,随着我国剖宫产患者不断增加,剖宫产瘢痕妊娠发生率较高,临床多采用终止妊娠方法避免出现严重后果(子宫穿孔、致命性大出血等),甚至有的患者需切除子宫。双侧子宫动脉栓塞术是终止剖宫产瘢痕妊娠和治疗产后出血的重要方法,主要是封闭双侧子宫动脉血管,以此达到治疗的目的,且在产后中应用广泛。但极易出现出血情况,为此需采取有效的护理措施,本文主要阐述剖宫产子宫瘢痕妊娠发病机制,而后着重分析双侧子宫动脉栓塞术在终止剖宫产瘢痕妊娠和产后出血中的护理效果。Pregnancy at the site of cicatricial caesarean section will lead to abnormal pregnancy site,which is easy to increase the risk of massive bleeding,so it is necessary to analyze whether to terminate pregnancy according to the specific pregnancy situation.At present,with the increasing number of patients with caesarean section and the high incidence of caesarean section cicatricial pregnancy,the method of termination of pregnancy is often used in the clinic to avoid serious consequences(uterine perforation,fatal massive bleeding,etc.),and some patients even need to have hysterectomy.Bilateral uterine artery embolization is an important method to terminate cicatricial pregnancy by cesarean section and treat postpartum hemorrhage.It is mainly to seal bilateral uterine artery vessels so as to achieve the purpose of treatment,and it is widely used in postpartum.However,bleeding is very easy to occur,so effective nursing measures should be taken.This paper mainly describes the pathogenesis of caesarean section cicatricial pregnancy,and then focuses on analyzing the nursing effect of bilateral uterine artery embolization in terminating caesarean section cicatricial pregnancy and postpartum hemorrhage.
