GnRH-a联合腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症的价值探析

摘　　要：目的分析探究促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRH-a)联合腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症的价值。方法选取78例子宫内膜异位症患者,根据随机抽签法分为对照组与研究组,每组39例。两组均行腹腔镜手术,研究组术后使用GnRH-a治疗。对比两组卵巢情况、不良反应发生率。结果研究组雌二醇(E_(2))、促黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平及痛经评分均低于对照组,月经量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应总发生率10.3%与对照组的12.8%对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论GnRH-a联合腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症患者可以优化卵巢功能,改善月经不调症状,且不良反应发生率较低,具有临床推广价值。Objective To analyze the value of gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist(GnRH-a)combined with laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of endometriosis.Methods 78 patients with endometriosis were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random drawing method,with 39 cases in each group.Both groups underwent laparoscopic surgery,and the study group was treated with GnRH-a after surgery.Ovarian condition and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of estradiol(E_(2)),luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and dysmenorrhea score in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the menstrual volume was less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 10.3%compared with 12.8%in the control group,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion GnRH-a combined with laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of endometriosis patients can optimize ovarian function,improve the symptoms of irregular menstruation,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low,so it has the value of clinical promotion.
