腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤挖除术患者实施手术室护理路径的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤挖除术患者实施手术室护理路径的价值。方法将2021年6~12月本院手术室常规护理腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤挖除术患者122例作为常规组,将2022年1~6月手术室实施护理路径腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤挖除术患者122例作为路径组。比较两组护理效果。结果实施路径管理的2022年度手术室护理人员专科知识、服务意识、专科操作、应急处理评分高于常规护理的2021年度评分(P<0.05)。路径组手术时间、术后肛门排气时间、住院时间均短于常规组,术中出血量少于常规组(P<0.05)。路径组并发症发生率为4.92%,低于常规组的12.30%(P<0.05)。路径组患者服务态度、护患沟通、护理操作及手术室环境评分均高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论对腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤挖除术患者实施手术室护理路径护理,效果显著,值得临床应用。Objective To explore value of nursing pathway in operating room for patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods 122 patients receiving routine care for laparoscopic hysteromyoma removal in the operating room of our hospital from June to December 2021 were selected as the routine group,and 122 patients receiving nursing path laparoscopic hysteromyoma removal in the operating room from January to June 2022 were selected as the path group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The scores of the operating room nursing staff's specialized knowledge,service awareness,specialized operation and emergency treatment in 2022 under path management were higher than those of routine nursing in 2021(P<0.05).The operation time,postoperative anal exhaust time and hospital stay of path group were all shorter than those of conventional group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of conventional group(P<0.05).The complication rate of pathway group was 4.92%,which was lower than 12.30%in conventional group(P<0.05).The scores of service attitude,nursepatient communication,nursing operation and operating room environment in path group were higher than those in conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Operating room nursing path nursing for patients undergoing laparoscopic hysteromyoma excavation is effective and worthy of clinical application.
