某三级医院脑部疾病出院病例统计分析

摘　　要：目的了解天津市某三级医院脑部主要疾病住院患者情况,为促进医院脑部疾病诊疗的规范化,提高医疗服务质量提供有效依据。方法对天津市某三级医院2017年1月1日-2021年12月31日出院的14146例脑部疾病患者的性别与年龄、死亡例数、平均住院日、平均费用以及再入院等指标进行统计学分析。结果该三级医院脑部疾病患病高峰年龄在60~69岁,占患者总数的30.55%,男性患者集中分布在50~79岁,占患者总例数的73.43%,女性患者集中分布在50~89岁,占患者总例数的86.80%;80~89岁患者平均住院日最短为7.26 d,其次是90岁以上的患者为7.29 d,40~49岁患者平均住院日最长为9.03 d,其次是0~40岁患者平均住院日8.73 d;脑部重点疾病死亡人数235例,占重点疾病死亡人数的63.86%;3种重点脑部疾病患者的年平均费用普遍呈上升趋势,其平均增长率分别为5.34%、8.73%和7.87%。结论医院应持续加强数据指标监测分析,将疾病早筛早诊早治意识和相关知识的普及和宣传纳入重点工作,持续改进脑部疾病医疗质量,帮助患者减轻经济负担,降低疾病造成的危害。Objective To understand the situation of inpatients with major brain diseases in a tertiary hospital in Tianjin,and to provide an effective basis for promoting the standardization of diagnosis and treatment of brain diseases and improving the quality of medical services.Methods The gender and age,number of deaths,average hospital stay,average cost and readmission of 14146 patients with brain diseases discharged from a tertiary hospital in Tianjin from January 1,2017 to December 31,2021 were statistically analyzed.Results The peak age of brain diseases in this tertiary hospital was 60-69 years old,accounting for 30.55%of the total number of patients.Male patients were concentrated in 50-79 years old,accounting for 73.43%of the total number of patients.Female patients were concentrated in 50-89 years old,accounting for 86.80%of the total number of patients.The average hospital stay of patients aged 80-89 years was the shortest(7.26 d),followed by patients over 90 years old(7.29 d).The average hospital stay of patients aged 40-49 years was the longest(9.03 d),followed by patients aged 0-40 years(8.73 d).There were 235 deaths from key diseases of the brain,accounting for 63.86%of the deaths from key diseases;the average annual cost of patients with three key brain diseases generally showed an upward trend,with an average growth rate of 5.34%,8.73%and 7.87%,respectively.Conclusion Hospitals should continue to strengthen the monitoring and analysis of data indicators,incorporate the awareness and promotion of early screening and early diagnosis and treatment of diseases and related knowledge into their key work,and continuously improve the quality of medical care for brain diseases to help patients reduce the economic burden and the harm caused by the diseases.
