乡村振兴视域下农民权益保障研究

摘　　要：农民权益保障是实现乡村振兴的关键因素,而农民也正在成为推动农村建设这一进程的核心动力。乡村振兴战略为农民提供可靠的政策保障,确保其享有正当的权益。保障农民权益,有利于提升农民生产生活积极性;有利于实现全体人民共同富裕;有利于推动社会主义现代化强国建设。乡村振兴战略旨在促进农民的全面发展,并通过学理分析来确保农民的发展权。但是,农民权益保障面临诸多问题,主要是部分农民参与乡村治理积极性不高、保障农民权益的平台虚化、乡村专业人才缺失严重等。鉴于此,在乡村振兴中要提升农民在乡村治理中的参与度、规范保障农民权益的平台、强化乡村专业人才队伍建设等,进而改善农民的生活质量和幸福感,可以更有效地推动乡村振兴战略的实施。The protection of farmers'rights and interests is the key factor to achieve rural revitalization,and farmers are also becoming the core driving force to promote the process of rural construction.The rural revitalization strategy provides reliable policy guarantee for farmers to ensure that they enjoy legitimate rights and interests.Protecting the rights and interests of farmers is conducive to enhancing their enthusiasm for production and life,realizing the common prosperity of all the people,and promoting the construction of a modern and powerful socialist country.The purpose of the rural revitalization strategy is to promote the all-round development of farmers and to ensure their right to development through theoretical analysis.However,the protection of farmers'rights and interests is faced with many problems,mainly due to the low enthusiasm of some farmers to participate in rural governance,the virtual platform to protect farmers'rights and interests,the serious lack of rural professionals and so on.In view of this,in rural revitalization,it is necessary to enhance farmers'participation in rural governance,standardize the platform to protect farmers'rights and interests,and strengthen the construction of rural professionals,so as to improve the quality of life and well-being of farmers.Can more effectively promote the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.
